My name is Takashi Koizumi, lead pastor at Tsukuba Bible Baptist Church.
Thank you for visiting us online.
We all have various sufferings and worries in life, at home, at school,
at work… If you lost your way and were completely exhausted, who would
you turn to for salvation? The Bible, the all-time best-selling and most
beloved Book in the world, teaches us the existence of Creator God, His
love, and our purpose and reason for being.

Biography
Pastor and Mrs. Koizumi
Takashi Koizumi was born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1973. He believed in
the Lord Jesus Christ as his Savior at the age of 10, and was saved. As
an adult, he received the call for ministry and full-time pastoring work.
After graduating from Japan Baptist Bible Seminary in 1997, he engaged
himself in tent-making effort in Odawara City, Kanagawa, and served there
as pastor for 20 years. In May of 2021, he joined a tent-making effort
in Tsukuba, Ibaraki Prefecture, and assumed the pastorate of the mission
station.
About Tsukuba Bible Baptist Church
Tsukuba Bible Baptist Church began its mission in 2008 in Shiroyama, a
suburb of Tsukuba, as a mission station of Yokohama Bible Baptist Church.
After being pastored by pastor Nagae, pastor Fukuda, and missionary pastor
Yamamiya, the church commissioned Pastor Koizumi in May of 2021 and began
our journey as an independent church. In July 2021, we moved to a new church
building in Koyadai, Tsukuba.
Our church is a nondenominational Protestant Christian church, with a conservative
Christian doctrine and a high view of Scripture.
